The "I love my husband" post!

You might wonder why I have a picture of our chicken eggs, in a post labeled like it is??? I will explain..... He wanted to get chickens that was all his idea, I on the other hand was kinda resistant to the idea (now I just love those little hens). I love that he loves that kinda thing!  He is always working so hard for our family, and it means the world to me. He is so good to come home after a long day of work to take the girls out to play. By the end of the day with this pregnancy I am tired, pooped, kaput. With out me asking he will get girls ready for bed, sing songs, and read scriptures with them. I can't even tell you what it means to have a man like him in my life! Sure he can be a real stinker at times, but who isn't?:). He  loves to learn. He is so good to sit down with Becca and teach her. He loves to be in bed early, and talk. He hates to be late for church meetings. He loves to keep up on politics. Loves to learn about people, what makes them tick, what they are about. He is very outgoing...I've never met someone with more self-confidence then this guy. He tells me all the time how beautiful I am, he finds me even more attractive being huge and pregnant, honestly.... weird I know:). He even loves the scars on my body left from each baby, he thinks they are beautiful and womanly. He loves the socks off our cute girls, and is so good to them! Thank you for being a wonderful father, husband, and friend.....I LOVE YOU!

 

I have a few pics of just random summer fun.....The first pic is of our eggs...aren't they beautiful!? The second picture is to show you how different healthy egg yokes are from those of store bought. The yoke from our chicken as you can see is dark orange, meaning it's packed full of nutrients. The one that is from the store pales in comparison:)

Up the canyon we will go!

Last night we went up to Millcreek Canyon for a hot dog, marshmallow roast! It was so beautiful! We had the windows rolled down on the way up, and the minute we entered the canyon the temperature dropped, and just kept dropping..... Heavenly! It was so fun to be up with family, and just enjoy a nice evening out. Here are a few pics. I hope I can get the video feature on this to work, because I caught  some pretty funny dance moves from the girls!

Summer, updated pics of house, and babys room....

This is the room I want to recreate for my little munchkin!  I love the gray, yellow, turquoise and white together! I kind of want a more modern room this go around. Also I have been in love with gray! We painted our whole upstairs gray and I am loving it! So I think it will work out nicely. We are going to move the girls into the same room, as soon as I get geared up to start painting the new babys room...when that will be I don't know. I took a few pics of the house all painted! I even hung a few pictures finally so that are walls are not so bare anymore. And last but not least I of course put in some pics of our cute girls!

Bear Lake, Fireworks, and our first EGG!

So this week we headed up to Bear Lake with all of Nathans brothers and sisters and all the kids! It was a blast! They all live out of state so it was nice to catch up and hang out. We had tubing, water skiing, lots of beach time, late nights of games, movies, and talking with too many treats (I must have gained 5 LBS I'm sure:).  We were sad to leave. We also had family over for a BBQ and fireworks on the 5th, to celebrate Keith (my father in-laws) birthday! In other news one of our chickens has started laying eggs, which might sound boring to you, but we are sooo EXCITED! And now a few pictures.....

Seeing PINK!

Well we are happy to announce that a baby girl will be coming to our home this November! We sure seem to have the girl thing down:). Becca's response was "I wanted a baby brother" Haha! I think she will be thrilled though when the baby comes "after thanksgiving dinner" as Becca has told us:). We truly couldn't be more thrilled!! I believe this will be our last baby, due to the nature of my deliveries, and such. So it's looks as though we will be an all girl household. It's kinda funny because I said to my family at one point that I was about positive I would have all girls. I have for a while now envisioned that someday if I had all girls that they would share a fun old fashioned room with a cozy fireplace, and be great friends:). I hope the great friend part will happen, but I am bound to make that cozy room come to life someday! I also told Nathan it's time to start saving up for all those weddings we will have to pay for!!!

Baby update and summer evenings :)

So I find out if my baby is a boy or girl a week from tomorrow!!! Any guesses??? I really have had no feelings one way or another, so I can't wait to find out!! Lately baby names have been on my brain, so I thought I would write down a few of my favorites so far.
