So I have really wanted to make a Gingerbread House, but I really didn't want to go buy one. Today I had the genies idea of just making one myself! It was a lot of fun and not as hard as I thought it would be making one from scratch. Becca Had a lot of fun rolling out all the extra dough and then EATING IT! She really enjoyed that. How fun!! I want to make one from scratch this year too, but I'm not sure that I'll be able to get around to it this year. Becca sure is cute!
What a cutie! You are always so brave to attempt things like that. Way to go! OH, the boys were so excited to get your Christmas card. I was happy that they knew who she was and I didn't have to tell them.

Ok, I've never made a gingerbread house, and everyone has been making them! I need to get on that! Maybe I can get a recipe from you (if you say it's not too hard!) Let me know... and maybe I'll give it a try!

We should just tell Martha Stewart to move over and make room for you. I don't know anyone else that wakes up and decides to make a gingerbread house-FROM SCRATCH!- and then has it looking like yours. It is unbelievable the talent that you have with culinary skills, and look at your little side-kick Bo-Becca learning just as much!
Your pictures are darling...how in the world do you keep a clean countertop?! I look at mine right now and am sure you would die from shock. Please tell me that you have clutter in your house, at least once a day!
